2017-2018 TUITION & FEES

The Board of Education welcomes any families that are interested in education with a Christian perspective. To maintain Zion Lutheran School requires a great deal of financial support. The cost of maintaining Zion Lutheran School is in excess of $6,000 per student, per year. Scholarships are available to assist families in obtaining a quality, Christian education for their children.

K-8 Tuition Rates
Zion Lutheran School charges tuition to help cover the cost of educating your child. Tuition will be collected on a monthly basis. At registration time each family will be required to sign a Tuition Payment Schedule Contract. In accordance with school policy, a late payment will result in a charge of $25.

            Zion Member Rate                         
            $2400 per school year, for the first child
            $1600 per school year, for the second child      
            $1000 per school year, for the third child
            $5000 maximum per family
       

             Other Lutheran Church Member Rate
            $3000 per school year, for the first child
            $2000 per school year, for the second child
            $1000 per school year, for the third child
            $6000 maximum per family

            Non-Member Rate
            $3500 per school year, for the first child
            $2000 per school year, for the second child
            $1500 per school year, for the third child
            $7000 maximum per family

REGISTRATION/BOOK FEE
All students enrolled in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade will be assessed a non-refundable registration/book fee to cover some of the costs of textbooks, workbooks, religious materials, and other supplies. The book fee is $150 if paid by June 1 and $200 if paid after that date. (no discounts, non-refundable)

ACTIVITY FEE
Field trips, Educational Service Unit #9 services, and similar expenses are covered by a $50 activity fee that is due by August 15. (no discounts, non-refundable)

Volleyball (Girls Grades 4-8) $30
Basketball (Boys & Girls Teams, Grades 4-8) $30

PRESCHOOL FEES
Three year old students attend preschool each Tuesday and Thursday and four and five year old students attend preschool on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Preschool families may pay tuition in full by October or pay monthly. 

T-T (2 days a week) $90 a month September - April & $45.00 a month August & May  Full Tuition $810       
M-W-F (3 days a week) $120 a month September-April & $60.00 a month August & May Full Tuition $1080

$40 Annual Registration/Book Fee is required with registration. (non-refundable).
$35/$55 Annual Milk fee is required prior to the first day of school. (non-refundable).
